The posts about consequences of believing others and being naive actually remind me how Abhi's own naivete is a blessing, not a problem. His life never changed much - not the revenge marriage, not mugambo, not memory loss affected his career for his family. He was always a rockstar. Never stopped him to have a gf. So it's interesting how he picks up and leads a great life in every track.

But if we look at Pragya as naive and consequences of that, then she's taken a lot more tragic losses.

As far as the facts go in the show, after he married Pragya all problems started in their lives. The script clearly shows that, not up for interpretations. If tabhi were married before Aliya misunderstood Pragya, at the worst they would have gotten divorced. All of Aliya's manipulations hurt Pragya more than Abhi. He handled Aliya really well in the last 2 tracks. He wanted to get rabul married and he wanted to get Aliya arrested after rabul wedding. Mugambo track was possible mainly because of dadi. If Aliya had cheated him and stolen all his property, he would have gone to court, got her arrested, and won it all back. Because from his perspective, it was a woman he once loved he didn't do that to Pragya. Number of attempts on Pragya's life is enough evidence for her life being more affected than Abhi's. She lost a sister, her mother got kidnapped/paralyzed, and how many times Pragya got insulted. Abhi hasn't had a dream life, but the story/title itself proves its about Pragya's struggles for her kumkum.

Okay Prani. Different POVs! I believe all of Abhi's decisions are big enough to cost him much in his life whether marrying a girl for revenge or marrying Tanu to save her image now. You believe Abhi hadn't struggled much like Pragya! Maybe his bhagya is keeping him somewhat safe to an extent. That's good :)
