To The Appreciation Thread of Ridhi Dogra Vashisth

Ridhi Dogra was born On 22nd September 1984 in Jammu Kashmir. The family moved to Delhi when Ridhi and her older brother Akshay Dogra were children.
Ridhi trained as a dancer with Shiamak Davar before he told her to go into acting.
Ridhi moved to Bombay and worked as a producer for Zoom TV.

Ridhi starred in her first TV role for Zee TV in Jhoome Jiya Re. She worked in a few shows before starring as Diya in Seven on Sony TV where she also met her life partner RaQesh Vashisth and became best friends.
Her big break came when she got the part of the main lead Priya in Maryada ... Lekin Kab Tak opposite RaQesh.

Ridhi RaQesh got married on 29th May 2011

After Maryada Ridhi played the lead in Savitri where it was a double role as Savitri and Damyanti.
Ridhi participated with RaQesh in the sixth season of Nach Baliye. The couple were doing very well but had to quit due to RaQesh's knee injury.
Ridhi later starred in an episode of Yeh Hai Aashique and was also in Zee TV's telefilm New Year Dhamaka opposite RaQesh.

She also took part in Khatron Ke Khiladi - Darr Ka Blockbuster Returns.
In May 2015 she did a cameo in Diya Aur Bati Hum as Aditi, the owner of the Kabaddi team.

Last year she and RaQesh appeared as themselves in Yeh Hai Aashique and told their real life love story.
For the first time Ridhi is playing the role of an antagonist in 'WOH APNA SA' as Nisha.
She is also shooting for NDTV's 'Yaari Dosti Shaadi' as host.

Appreciation Thread: Appreciation threads are to be used to praise and appreciate particular favourite actor/actress/celebrity. All discussions related to actor's/actress performance, looks, style and personality can be confined to ATs. Please don't use the AT's as a forum to bash/mock/discuss other celebrities/members/characters, discuss what is happening on the forum or elsewhere on IF or other social networking sites, basically keep it related to what the AT is about.

a. Chatting: We do allow minimum chatting in ATs, provided it is related to this AT alone. Additionally Do not spam with just emotions/numbers to increase post count/pages. Do not quote long quotes.You can quote three posts maximum and they should be small.
ATs are open for everyone, however, do not invade the AT with the purpose to rile up the fans or instigate them. Everyone has their right to voice out their opinions and should NOT be judged/generalized based on their likes/dislikes. If any of your fellow members/friends fails to follow the rules, kindly ask them to edit out or tell them its wrong rather than joining them and aggravate the issues further and equally responsible for carrying forward an unfavourable situation. Hence be responsible and take responsibility because that way you may prevent action taken against your AT thread.

ATs/discussions threads can NOT be used to target other members and NO pinpointing activity/mock or taking digs here toward other fan groups. Any derogatory references or name callings against actors /characters/members/Development team members are strictly PROHIBITED here.

b. Report: If you see anyone breaching the rules in any of the threads in the main forum, you will not come here and rant it out about it and snowball the issue further! Instead make use of the "REPORT" button and report the thread by stating the reason clearly. As soon as the Development Team comes online they would take the necessary action.

We can assure you guys that we only takes action where it's legit reason. However, here is a little catch for the stalkers who just want to report in order to get the AT closed down - If you report any post/comments that has no legit reason, you will be reliable for action against you for stalking.

If the DT sees more than 3 people breaking the AT rules constantly for a week, the effects of violations will kick start, which go as follows:

First Violation - Warning Note
Second - Another Warning Note
Third - Another Warning Note

Fourth - Close the AT for 24 hrs (1 Day)

Fifth - Close AT for 72 hrs (3 Days)
Sixth - Close AT for 1 week (7 Days)
Seventh - Get rid of AT completely from the forum/Shift it to Celebrity Fan Club Forum

Hello everyone!!! I think we can post here now.

My name is Ayesha.But you can call me Ash,Ashi or Ashu.😳

I am a big,big fan of Ridhi.😳 I had seen her for the first time in the YRF drama Seven (which coincidentally had Raqesh too😳)

But I fell in love with both of them during Maryada.Their electrifying chemistry was something to swoon over.

Then I saw her in Life OK's Savitri.I loved her powerful performance as Savitri/Damyanti.Also I liked her chemistry with Krip Suri and Ashish Kapoor who played the villain Rahukaal and the hero Veer respectively.

After that I followed her in NB6 and KKK where she was excellent.

So now here I am for her.She has already showcased her versatility by playing a grey character Nisha so beautifully.

Your history of Ridhi is almost asthe same as mine, except i first saw her in Maryada. I've loved all the characters she played except as Supriya in LTL.
As you can see i'm a big fan of RaDhi, their chemistry was definitely something ☺️ ❤️
As for Savitri she had better chemistry with Rahukaal than Satya, lol.
I'm loving her as Nisha in Woh Apna Sa. She's one of the best actresses on indian TV.
Lets try and keep this AT and the forum active 😊

RaDhi were something else. Haven't loved a couple as much as them. Miss seeing them onscreen together.
