Frankly, the maker thinks audience is stupid. So if they throw hot scenes in between insensitive and insulting plot line, they will focus on that and melt in a puddle like Sonakshi over Dev and Sonakshi's hot romance.

CV 1: Some audiences are claiming our plot of humiliating the female lead is insulting women.

CV 2: Who cares? Insulting and humiliating women gets TRP. Women love to see another women insulted. They even justify it.

CV 1: But we are also losing support because some people are changing their support from the male lead to the female lead.

CV 2: Fine, throw a hot scene.

CV 1: That will work?

I will at least read Monday's episode. But Dev better not make another promise and the romance was a result of that. Then all bets are off. I am totally gonna bash Sonakshi if she believes even a single promise of Dev.
