I like the latest promo, tho' I do wish they skipped the toilet queue humour.

C'mon, CVs even if it's the hot ML, we're still talking of potty. Are not here other ways to emphasis their life style differences?

Anyway, I like where the show is heading.. I'm totally sold on to the idea Shaurie is genuine and even if he is faking it, he'll make it.

What about Mehak? Will she feed him all fried stuff and make him fat and call him fatso and drive him to depression by pointing out the absence of abs after his stay at their house?

I also think, it'll be good to bring Karuna under the radar. May be she's inspired by Ishwari and going thr' bad case of reverse Oedipus complex ATM and deliberately missed instructing Svetlana about vegetarian food? She has been to the Sharmas' house and had food in their function, she should know right?

Jokes apart, IMO, this track is about the clash of values, not just between families as seen by Kanta or snobbish Mami,Mama & Pappa Khannas, also of the leads.

MehRya come from different worlds and have different ideas about marriage, oh there are common grounds. But key difference is Shaurie sees marriage as a relationship between two individuals and if there's compatibility (physical & mental) he doesn't care about the family. For Mehak it's between two families. To win Mehak for whatever reason, the man has to win over four generations of Sharmas.

Also there are the two questions they posed in the promos.. that are begging for answers.

Shaurie to Mehak- What if something happens to me?

Mehak-What if you can't bridge the chasm between us?

The gap between them is very tiny, just the distance between their lips, but the distance between the families is huge.

Ahh man wat can I say abt mehak ...she still in shock cudnt believe how hi class people we're treating her family ...

She certainly feels guilt for almost everything , her family's humiliation , the way shaurya was fighting with his own family !

Bcoz sumwer she wanted to SK to take the first step...for marriage ...and all ended messed up

Though i am not liking the way cvs are rushing things.I didnt see any reason for rushing the love track like anything.The growth which has been shown in shaurya's character cant happen overnight .It needs time but the cvs are reluctant to give it any time.If they are going for revenge then why the hell they are showing this kind of emotions from shaurya's part.I mean it feels bad when the viewers see a guy having some mature feelings for the girl and after a certain period of time the same guy refused to have any feelings for the girl!Some things which the cvs are showing now,just cant be swiped away by the name of so called revenge later on!
And if the cvs are not going for revenge then the love track needed to be handled properly which they didnt ,god knows why??I dont even think mehak is in any love with shaurya.It just comes across as an infatuation and mere attraction to me.What does she even know about him??Nothing at all!So the question of love doesnt even appear!!
