But ya this can happen coz just one day after consummation, Thapki got pregnant so may be during accident she delivered a whole nine month old baby 😆 who was raised by Dhruv without telling Thapki for this day 😆

I am supposing one of two options as to the identity of the new entrant. First the new entrant is not Akash Talwar but a new actor who will be playing the part of John. He was meant to be Vaani's big reveal on Vaani and Bihaan's wedding day. She was gonna bring him to prove that all Thapki accused Kosi of was true. Every secret of Kosi's would be revealed on the wedding day itself but I think Bihaan's sudden decision to marry Sankar will put a spanner in Vaani's plans.

The other possibility is that this is the Mr who made Vaani MRS Vaani Oberoi. Again on Vahaan's wedding day she was gonna introduce him as her hone wala pati and marry him in front of Bihaan and the rest of the family members after she reveals that she is Thapki and that she duped Bihaan into signing divorce papers ages ago and she was therefore legally able to marry this guy.
