Episode shows Amma confronting a Doctor for not treating a patient first and instead of treating, telling his relatives to show papers, in an emergency.
Amma declares that from now on patient will be treated first .
Haider talks with Faisal and gives him a offer to join his business and leave Amma's.
Rihanna goes to thank Faisal for saving Saraswati where she finds Gazala and Faisal in a compromising situation.
Faisal was telling Gazala to go out and don't enter his room like this.
Rihanna is shocked and confronts him. Faisal tells Gazala to clear Rihanna's misunderstanding. Ghazala lies and tells that a lot happened that night.
Rihhaana leaves and cries and hesitates in not believing on Faisal. She decides to find out the truth.
Rihanna listens to the conversation between Gazala's mother and a officer where her mother reveals that whatever Gazala has said about her affairs with Faisal is all a big lie.
Rihhaana hears it and becomes happy. She leaves.
Officer reveals that Faisal is useful to them since now he works with Haider against Amma.
Rihanna confronts Saraswati and tells that whatever she said about Faisal's affair with Gazala is a lie. She also tells her to shut up now as whatever Saraswati and her mother Laxmi is , is because of Amma.
Saraswati stops Rihhaana from insulting her parents anymore. Rihanna has become blind in love. Saraswati tells Rihanna that if her late father Shekharan Shetty and her mother Laxmi, would not had helped Amma aka Zeenat and you, than you and Amma would have been on the roads as of now. It was her father who brought you and Amma to their house and hence Zeenat bua became Amma. Otherwise you don't have status ( Aukaat) to become what you're today. Rihanna tries to slap Saraswati but Atul stops her. Faisal comes there and warna them.
Next scene,
Zeenat confronts Saraswati about her affairs with Atul. Saraswati accepts it and tells that her mother Laxmi is with them and who is she(Zeenat) to stop her. Zeenat is shocked.
Amma comes to know from Mukund that Faisal has left his shop and has joined Haider.
Amma talks with Haider and tells him that they can work together like he and Anna( Shekharan Shetty) but Haider refuses for his own self respect.
PRECAP - Saraswati marries Atul. Laxmi tells Zeenat to bless the newly Wed couple. Zeenat denies and tells her that Atul is.not trustworthy. Saraswati leaves home with Atul in anger. Zeenat tries to stop her but Laxmi stops her. Zeenat is shocked and sits down.
