Are AbhiGya divorced?

If they are not divorced then it's legally wrong for Abhi to marry Tanu.

I know he has ML but not his family, how are writers going to justify their stupidity ?

I feel this is how TaBhi marriage will stop.
As Pragya will show them (excluding Abhi) she is still his legal wife.

I don't think the divorce papers were filed...remember tanu and Nikhil had it in the van going to rub it in pragya's face when they got into the accident and the van caught afire...so in this way the papers could of never been filed...
