Omkara : He killed someone in the past. A glimpse of which was shown in the promo. Guilt ridden, he went bizarre and crazy. Maybe something/someone reminded him of what he did. Or some relative of the deceased came back to torture him.

Shivika: From all the possible never ending probabilities, the most typical and the most apt one, at least to me is SHIVAAY'S DUMB PROPOSAL😭, He would have droned on his class and blood and money and yada yada yada😡 and Anika would have threw his proposal and class right at his face🤢.
