With Sona's medical condition again he is faced with the dilemma , whom to choose?? With whom should he stand by and support...on one side he had his mom's dream of being grandmother and on the other side he had Sona's sad face and her not being able to be a mother. What surprised me is that he decided to stand by the love of his life by not telling any one . His mom's wish didn't matter because if it did then he wouldn't have gone ahead with the marriage. One thing is sure, at least now Dev has understood the importance of Sona in his life.

So this time, he contained the pain to himself. He decides not to tell Sona or her family ...or anyone else till he could find a solution.

I would say we are seeing Dev "The Man" in making... I am sure he is bound to make mistakes in future too...but the best part is he a good learner.

I think the parents trusted Dev . Logic is a guy who is going to marry their daughter wouldnt lie about such severe health issue. Nd they were busy in the wedding prep too...They were worried hence they called Dev but when he said every thing is fine . They trusted him. Dev is an exception not many men will agree to marry a girl with such health issues.
