Pre-nup - meaning.

Still confused Divya. Because Dev is going to sign it with office papers without knowing about it. But it needs Sona's signature also. And it is 50% share in the prenup. So what is the difference?

I think with pre nup it's certain that spouse will get what is promised without having to fight for it in the court but in the case of divorce though a spouse is entitled to 50%share she/he needs to fight for it and prove in the court that they are in need of alimony

Yes it is clear in the precap. Ishwari doesn't think this marriage will survive and is looking out for her son if Sona turns out to be gold digger.

Ishwari doesn't want to share her son's hard earned money with anyone else...or a large part of it.. I think she's just playing safe here...If in case the marriage doesn't work then she is sure that Bijoy will definitely won't spare her son & will try to get as much as possible. So maybe that's why she wants to give only what's there on the pre-nup & nothing more... wonder if Neha's situation & Bijoy's behaviour has caused her to think like this??
