I might just be in the minority here but apart from the lot of people who purposely do this, isn't this Forum or infact any Forum on IF there for the same reasons that is annoying you? The strength and popularity of the show depends on how many new people it can attract to watch the show and people who are aware of this platform might use the Forum to make friends/discuss the show? The people who don't watch show won't bother to read your post and the genuine ones will definitely feel attacked and demeaned. The aim of people who deliberately do this is to annoy people and by making posts like this, you're kinda making sure that they are in the right track!
