Just the word 'family' makes Bihaan oblivious or even blind to the things that so called family does. So a member of his family could hoodwink him to their heart's content and still Bihaan will have faith in them. Thus you will see Vasu ill treated Bihaan but he just kept going back for more. Even sapola was nearly able to carry out his dastardly plans because Bihaan saw him as family. We have always known and admired this family first quality about Bihaan. Now with Kosi and Co's arrival Bihaan has had a shift in loyalties. He regards Kosi and Co as his family now and in keeping with his nature he will be oblivious or blind to each and every act of theirs, even ones that directly impinge on him. What I am saying therefore is that I don't think this is an act. This is the family minded Bihaan being family minded as always.

Mei phirse keh rahi hoon ke ye sab kuch Bihaan ka plan hai.

Bihaan a family minded person is right...then Thapki is family too why ignore her ...though he cares and still protects her...
