It's a song from the 90s. It either had sunil shetty or akshay kumar in it and the girl tries to seduce the hero. I thought it was mamta kulkarni but it could be raveena tandon or shilpa shetty also.

It is shot in the night and the girl becomes desperate after every attempt of hers fails and she takes off her shirt or dupatta and then finally the hero comes and wraps her in her clothes and the song ends positively.

Which song was this? It was a nice song and this is all that i remember.

There are literally dozens of songs like this where the heroine takes off her clothes and offers herself and the hero goes and wraps a towel on her, or puts her saree back. You have to give some more details or atleast the correct actor/actress in question.
