Ishana's character is disgusting. Ishaana is supposed to be after Om. She is trying to expose Riddhima as a publicity crazy person.

But what about her? She is a thief a con person. She tries to steal things even when she barges into Oberoi house stealthily.

She keeps calling Riddhima "sauten" She herself is the "souten" now . Om thinks of Riddhima as his girl friend

Once Riddhima gets exposed will Ishana also get exposed?

That "broken" tooth lady disguise was disgusting to put it mildly.

Why do the lead pair characters steal and do con stuff?

How can they be lead pairs when there is no honesty in them and they steal from the very house where the guy they are after is from?

how can anyone justify stealing? how can such persons be lead pairs?

Anika is from low income society and is parentless. But she studies by her own hard work . She earns by her hard work. She may not know English much but she is educated.

Saumya is chubby but educated.

But Ishaana ... ? Everything about her is fake. and she is trying to con the person she is supposed to be loving.

How disgusting is that?

Lmao.. I respect your opinion and I'm not trying to bash you but The makers are trying to show different kinds of characters and different stories for each couple. not all lead actresses can be saints.. They have to show something different to make it interesting. In Om and Ishanas story the troubled character is Ishana it's about how she is a liar and a con women and falls in love with a nice guy and then understands that life is not all about money. She doesn't understand the meaning of love all she knows is how to lie that's how she was raised. Plus she feels bad about what's she's doing but according to her there's no other way because that's what she's taught by her father. But as the story goes on she'll change because of Om.
Plus you can say the same about Shivaay that he's a disgusting character he took away Anika's house, he took away the custody of her brother, he tried to buy her with money. He pushed her in the pool just because she wouldn't apologize. If you look from my perspective Shivaay is a worse character he's full of ego, he looks down on poor people and doesn't care about anyone or anything apart from his family. He also just like Ishana thinks that life is all about money.

P.S not trying to bash but just trying to explain the concept of IshKara.

i truly respect that

but
whats the problem if ishaana is a con...
all characters in a show can't be a saint yaar
to make the story interesting u need to add certain elements into the story

yes her characterization is presently haphazard
i cent percent agree to that
but that doesn't mean she can't be a lead if she is a con
no one here is perfect
everyone is flawed
and why can't a lead be a flawed one

there is no hard and fast rule abt hw a lead shud be

You can say don't watch. But only when I watched I found out the character is like that.

Hate her and she will be in your mind? Somebody burns a bride that incident you hate and it is in your mind. does that mean anything?

This kind of character glorifying such things as stealing and conning or rather making it as a joke that is what I find disgusting.

I have nothing against the particular girl. She is pretty. Why such a negative shade for a girl on the pretext of showing various personalities?

Stealing is an offence. Not funny. That too you like a guy why would you think of stealing in your sasural?

That means you do not really care. It is hard to like such characters. How else to say it?
