Chapter- 17(B)

Arnav and Khushi reached at apartment to see Lavanya already ready to go for shopping. Arnav shakes her head, Girls! And their Love for shopping, he looked at Khushi who was also smiling at Lavanya's excitement. He dropped them to Mall and all the way to mall he got no attention as Khushi and Lavanya was busy in chatting as king occasionally to him "Haina Arnav ji?" "Right ASR?" for which he can only nod.

Arnav: Here is my credit cards and don't stop Lavanya to buy anything for you she wants, Like I said earlier also you can buy what you like but you wouldn't stop her. I have already told her what type of dresses and jewellery she needs to buy. Khushi nodded like a obedient child taking credit cards from him.

Khushi: You also join us na please.

Arnav: I wish I could but Khushi I've an important meeting. I'll send my driver to pick you up, you guys come to AR once you're done.

Khushi: Ok!
Arnav: Take care!
After leaving a soft kiss on her forehead he left from there.

Khushi and Lavanya was busy in shopping, Lavanya was selecting different type of designer suits and sarees and Khushi was looking at everything with wide eyes, hearing the price. She many times tried to stop her but Lavanya threatened her with the name of Arnav, so she just quietly followed her.

Khushi was inside the changing room, trying yet another saree when looking around something strikes in Lavanya's mind and she called Arnav.

Lavanya: Hello ASR!

Khushi: I can't wear this! Lavanya closed her ears as Khushi shrieked loudly.

Lavanya: Stop fussing! Go and try it!

Khushi: But Lavanya ji I have never tried these type of clothes.

Lavanya: But now you'll.

Khushi looked at the floor length party gown selected by Lavanya for her. They are decent looking and simple but the problem is she had never wore this type of clothes and if she wouldn't be able to carry it.

Khushi: I am calling Arnav ji!

Lavanya (smirking): Sure sweetheart! But for your knowledge I have already called him asking about this. I know you'll be creating fuss about this.

Khushi looked at him with open mouth, when the person in talk himself called her. Khushi looked at her phone before receiving it.

Arnav: Enjoying?

Khushi: Enjoying? Arnav ji why you said to buy these clothes to Lavanya ji. You know I wouldn't be comfortable.

Arnav: Khushi they are decent, there's nothing bad about them, you're feeling like that because you have never tried them. Trust me you'll feel more comfortable in them than your saree.

Khushi: But Arnav ji, what if I feel uncomfortable?

Arnav (sighed): Khushi we are not telling you to wear bikini, it's a gown which will be covering your whole body. Arnav spoke teasingly and Khushi's eyes went wide.

Khushi (fumbling): I am keeping the phone.

Her cheeks turned red and Lavanya looked at her sharply asking her what happened, she nodded in nothing almost ran away from there to changing room taking dresses from her hands.

After that Lavanya made her wear jeans much to her shock but she stayed quite this time, dropping the idea of calling Arnav before he make another comment.

Khushi: Now we're done Lavanya ji. Where are you taking me now?

Lavanya: We're not done. The most important thing is left. She said winking at her.

Khushi: What is it? She asked confused.

Lavanya: You'll know soon.

Anjali and Mami were busy in shopping when Mami felt hungry, they were sitting in food court enjoying their meal when Mami's eye went wide.

Mami: HHBB! Look Anjali bitiya, isn't that phati saree?

Anjali turned in the direction where Mami signed to see Khushi exiting the food court with shopping bags in her hand.

Anjali: Yes Mami ji!

Mami: But in morning Arnav bitwa said that she is needed in office.

Anjali: When I asked Khushi ji to join us for shopping she was making excuses on the name of office, even Arnav denied.

Mami: Seems like she didn't wanted to come with us.

Anjali: Mami ji. I fear if Sheetal's word was right. Khushi ji and Chotte is distancing themselves from us these days.

Mami: Arnav bitwa can never think like that. All because of this phatti saree , he has gone blind these days in her love. This phatti saree is changing him.

Anjali looked away silently without saying anything but her mind pointing at only one direction. Sheetal's words, Arnav and Khushi lying and distancing themselves from family.

Khushi gasped in horror looking around her, Lavanya has dragged her here "A lingerie shop". She closed her eyes chanting the name of her Devi Maiyya making Lavanya chuckle at her innocence.

Khushi: Lavanya ji let's go from here.

Lavanya: No we're going to buy some stuff for you first.

Khushi: No Lavanya ji! Now I wouldn't listen to you, I am never going to wear this.

Lavanya: You'll!

Khushi: I can't.

Lavanya: Come on. You're doing so much, can't you do this for ASR?

Khushi: Arnav ji? But what he have to do with this? And how can I wear this in front of him?

Lavanya: Are you mad? If not in front of ASR, then with whom you'll wear it?

Khushi: But?

Lavanya: Look Khushi it's good being traditional and taking care of your family. But you should also think about your husband's happiness. Working all day in office, taking care of so many responsibilities, sometimes mens also needs little relaxation, and if wives don't take care about it, they start searching for it outside.

Lavanya: I don't want to scare you, you and me both know ASR is not one of those desperate mens. But then it's upto you also to keep him happy, I am sure he also wish for these things but he keeps it to himself thinking about your discomfort and knowing how shy you're.
But Khushi, he is your husband, he must have seen you inside and out already, so what is there to shy from him.

Khushi: Lavanya ji...

Lavanya: I am not forcing you Khushi. There was a time when you taught me about traditions and family value. Today I am just suggesting you to keep your husband happy also. Just taking care of his clothes, meals and medicines is not your duty, but keeping yourself and himself happy by giving yourself some quality time is also necessary. It's up to you, no one is forcing you, just do what you feel good, I am sure ASR will also support you.

Khushi looked around to the flimsy pieces lost in her thoughts, thinking about Lavanya's word and her comfort zone.

Amazing update

Loved how Lavanya making Khushi try all type of dresses to get herself comfortable in them. Poor Khushi thought to take help of her husband and reject them but even her husband wanted her to wear them. Anjali and Mami saw Khushi enjoying herself and thought whatever sheethal told them is true and started doubting Khushi's intention thinking she is separating Arnav from the family. Hope they don't create problems for Khushi when she comes home though Arnav will stand by her she will be hurt.
