Ap surely have rights to get upset with ragini... Ap has forgived ragini for all she did but not only ap none will be forgived if a lady lies that she is pregnant... Ap is a mother... When she comes to know that pari cant conceive she didn't say anything even she didn't make adarsh get married to another lady for grandchild... Now she will surely expect from swara and ragini... When she comes to know that ragini is pregnant she was very happy... We can lie in any matter but not in this thing so ap has right to get upset with her... Ragini should have openly faced this pblm instead of faking pregnancy...
