I didn't like it. Songs were good but some of the scenes were so dramatic.

Tamasha is a film that is realistic and relatable in parts and pseudo intellectual in others. Any argument that people did not "get" the movie is idiotic IMO. That means communication failed so don't blame the audience for not getting the "vision" 🤔

The difference between a YJHD and Tamasha is that the characters are relatable throughout and in Tamasha the Ranbir character is not in many places. Performance wise Ranbir is very good, but so was he in Rockstar and the film is annoying even in parts without Nargis. You can blame it more on Imtiaz and his execution and vision and not on the actors.
