Okay so I wrote a long analysis and it all got deleted. Urghh! I am so frustrated. Anyway I will give you a short piece of Sumo here now.

Psycho Analysis

She chose her family above her love. Her family had given her so much. They had accepted her with open arms,supported her sometimes even at the stake of their happiness. Preeti had been her constant through her lonely times bringing a smile to her face. Her family were the one who taught her to live,they were the one's who made her what she is today,they are the ones who gave her a shelter,they are the ones who taught her to love..partially. Today it was them because of whom she she stood her. So now by choosing him how could she snatch away the smile of those who had taught her to smile? She returned the check,refusing to take it,protecting both her family and him. Protecting her family by giving them their happiness and protecting him by giving him the relationship he shared with his father. She was angered when reminded of the deal. He wasn't a deal for her,her love wasn't a deal for her,their bond wasn't a deal for her. He had meant everything to her,he was her meaning of life. The anger dwelled up inside her when Ramnath stated that she couldn't love anyone but herself. Who was he to judge? Someone who had never understood his own love now gave her lectures on the meaning and understanding on love! His experiences were of no use when he could not understand his own son,could not understand what his happiness lied in. He could become a good lawyer but never could he become a good father,she said meaning it full fledge. He could keep her away from him but how would he keep him away,once he realsis that he loved her.It was her challenge to Ramnath.

This was her trust,this was her faith,this was her LOVE. A love much above all.

I know this is the worst piece I have written till now but what could I do? A broken hand and a deleted long analysis gives you this product.

The girl! I wonder what she is made of ❤️

She didn't yell, she didn't so much as raise a finger, but she beat ramu fair and square. He may have momentarily won as a lawyer, but he has been failing his son for years! As a father he has been loosing fir quite some time! All those talks about all I do I for my son's happiness are nothing but smoke screen for the terribly wrong decisions he has made.

In sumo's words, aap usko nahi rok paoge, aur samjh jaoge ke hum dono ek duje ke liye bane hai...

No, it wasn't bad at all. You correctly described Sumo's inner turmoil.
The flashbacks of her mami, masi accepting her as their own, Preeti trying to put a smile on her face, her Mama venturing out into the rain for her sake was very well portrayed. How does one contemplate ruining the happiness of the people who stood by her when she had nobody to go home to? She simply couldn't. But not at the cost of her self-respect. And if that meant distancing herself from Shravan, then that would have to be it. I loved the strength of her spirit today. She knows, her love is beyond the little schemes of Ramnath. She knows Shravan will come back to her. 😊

Haven't seen the episode yet so just going by your analysis...

As Ramnath said when he found out that Sumo had stood Shravan up at the coffee shop..."You did exactly as I expected of you.." Suman did exactly what I expected of her...she returned the check. Whether it is her love for her family or her love for Shravan...it simply isn't for sale.

Everyone has a point of view...and in his point of view Ramnath is doing what he is doing because he thinks he is being a good father. But he should realize that part of being good requires you to be honest.

He hid things about Shravan's mother from him. He is also under the mistaken notion that Sumo or any ambitious woman will "abandon" him just like Shravan's mother. He really doesn't know anything about love...and he truly doesn't understand anything about the depth of love and understanding between Shravan and Sumo.

In Ramnath's case...it time for the son to teach him a lesson or 2.

P.S.:Losing a long post is so infuriating. I know from experience 😆. But you know you can just type up your analysis in Word and then cut and paste...that way you can collect, edit, and save your thoughts and you won't lose anything.

Its just that I feel I am loosing the charm of writing, or its the people who are not interested any more. Maybe writing on a daily basis should be stopped.

Agreed with what you said here. Ramnath won't realize how bad a failed father he is until he sees his son broken behind repair and then he will realize he has not just spoilt his life but his son's too.

Agreed.

She knows her love or I should say their love is way above all.She knows that just like their love/friendship has fought over all odds over the years this time to it will fight away all of it. She has her faith and trust! Loving this side of Sumo.

There are a lot of crazy people that wait for your analysis daily!

It's like episode is incomplete without reading your take on it!

I understand if due to your hand and academic pressure you don't write everyday, but that can't be a habit!

And coming to ramu, his son will break, soon enough and he will be the driving force for the damnation... that's when he will see what he's done... the blind man that he's being now, he will se the full force of trauma caused! And the very girl he is trying to push away will be his son's salvation.
