lightning symbol(demon symbol)

in yesterday's episode in the u.s., during the before three months part guruji stands on the road and senses the coming of the demonic power and a fire surrounds guruji. the fire was shaped lightning. later the scene shows khusi waking up and touches her pregnant stomach😆 and sees that her palm of her right hand had the same lightning symbol that fire shaped surrounding guruji. three months later in the hospital, khusi uses her lipstick and draws the same lightning symbol on the wall that she saw in her right palm. then vrinda(khusi's mom) and shalini(muskan's mom) sees the symbol and gets surprised. i was just wondering does the lightning symbol appear later in the series?

i think it does..i remember reading something where timir or mihir has that symbol on his neck

its actually timir's because khusi drew the symbol with her lipstick on the wall when at the hospital, and timir is her son.
