Hippo is thinking of directing a movie. I am working on a story and need your suggestions.
The main cast of movie is
- Rishi Kapoor as drunk King
- Shabana Azmi as sober queen
- Ranbir Kapoor as Prince who follows his mom and hates dad
- Priyanka Chopra is un married aunt of Ranbir Kapoor and sister of Rishi Kapoor
- Anupam Kher as obedient munshi
- Deepika as his daughter
- Deepika's mother died while giving birth to her and therefore Deepu is considered Panauti
- Ranveer Singh as gardener's/maali's son who is also driver of the royal family
- Alok nath is gardener
- Sonu sud is Ranveer's sing elder brother
The story is basically a love triangle between the prince, munshi's daughter and ranveer sing. Prince is a Kabeera i.e. carefree rich and is not interested in marriage. Deepika eyes Prince and loves her.
Driver Ranveer singh in turns loves Deepika who is not interested in Ranveer.
There is often tension in the movie. Drunk King is a former tharki himself and does not believe in royalty. He likes Deepika as his bahu. Ranbeer and Shabana are royal and believe in class system. Shabana specially has poisoned ranbeer against Deepu and told him that she is after him for money. And in reality the munshi is behind this. However Deepu loves Ranbeer in real. There are often clashes where Anupam shows how sincere he is and this is not about money. He would often reprimand his daughter to keep her away from prince.
Ranveer does not like when Shabana mistreates Deepu. He confronts her one day only to be slapped by alok nath. Sonu showed anger as well but Nath manages the scene. Drunk king was seeing all from t he window above while having a glass.
There was somethine else going on as well. Aunty Priyanka was eyeing Sonu sood. That was another problem for the royals. Old unmarried royal aunt after driver's friend. Things were falling apart.
Sonu was hesitant at first as PC was 10 years older than him. However he then thought she is royal afterall so its worth it.
FILLER: some songs, side kick scenes, fat friends making jokes etc.
Climax: Aunty and sonu decide to run away one day. In depth of nights Priyanka and Sonu were sneaking from the door whent he royal dog barked and Ranbeer woke up. He saw aunty running with sonu. Shabana also saw it. She ordered ranbeer to carry on the family parampara and shoot the two. Ranbeer takes out the gun and shoots her aunt. Sonu from 10 feet away jumps and comes in front of PC and takes it on his shoulder. Aunt is safe. Sonu is hurt.
Ranveer looses it. He and Ranbeer clash.
Oh there is Deepika in the movie too.
She comes in between and supports Ranbeer. Ranveer is hurt. Why does she not love me? i am poor, public sympathy is with me..why is she with ranbeer.
While all this is going on Ranbeer shrugs deepika's support and insults her. Now Deepu is hurt. How dare you ranbeer...I loved you..and u did this to me.
She changes loyalty and now is with ranveer. Ranbeer said fine I did not give a damn anyway
Suddenly someone falls from the upper floor.
Its the King.
He was drunk and while watching all this he slipped alond with his glass.
He was no more.
Shabana crying and now realizes the importance of husband and family.
She changes
PC marries Sonu
Ranveer marries Deepu
Alok nath is happy,
Anupam his happy
Shabana is happy
Ranbeer leaves the country for education.
Please suggest some edits and possible changes to my story.
