So here is a prologue of the story do dil ek dhadkan...
It starts from Ishita bus accident..

R:dr please tell me how is my ishita please bolona kaisi hai wo aap kuch bolte q nahi

Dr:dekhiye mr.bhalla aapke wife k halat bohat najuk hai ar abhi hume 72hrs under observation rkhna hoga ar isme unka hosh me ana bohat jruri hai tb h hum sab clear bata payenge
I am sorry mr.bhalla but hum apke bache ko nhi bacha paye excuse me please

Listening to dr. words Raman don't know how to react he feels his world crashing down infront of him he is remembering all happy moments he was numb romi shout on him to bring him out of shock

Romi:bhai bhai hosh me aao kuch bolo

At other side adiru was crying continuously they want to be with there ishimaa at any cost

Raman murmuring to himself no nothing can happen to my JKR he goes inside the room to meet ishita

R:ishita u can't leave me like this u can't break your promise u know na I can't live without you please ishita jaldi se uth jao u know na I love you the most...

Part 1

It is after the ishu jump from the bus all the family members come running towards her bt as her stomach get hit on rock she was having lot of pain n she is screaming due to that she was in ramans arms raman was holding her tight he is trying to console her bt she get unconscious he try to wake her up bt she is not responding,he shouts for ambulance n in next minute she was on strecher lying unconsciously in ambulance with all equipments n machine around her raman was holding her hand in his n tears r cntiously flowing from his eyes he is remembering all their happy moments,fights n everything.They reach in hospital n admit her in icu ishu was unconscious n dr start examine her n start their treatment then aftr almost 2hr dr comes out of icu n raman goes their n ask pls tell me meri ishita thik haina kya hua hai usko pls bolona aap kuch bolte q nai kya hua hai use dr said dekhiye mr bhalla hum apni taraf se puri koshish kar rahe bt aapki wife k halat kafi najuk hai hume unhe 72hrs k liye under observatn rakhna hoga ar q k unke pet me chot ayi hai hume kahte hue bohat dukh ho raha hai k hum apke bache ko nai bacha paye ar ishita ji ka agle 72hr me hosh me ana bohat jaruri hai tabhi hum kuch clear bata payenge excuseme pls raman was numb he is not reacting dr's words were echoing in his ears romi n simmi comes to raman n push him n shout bhai raman comes back to his senses bt he dont know how to react he was feeling like his world is ending no aisa nai ho sakta kuch nai hoga meri jkr ko mai use kuch nai hone duga wo mere sath aisa nai kar sakti all family members r also crying ruhi n adi r in worst cndtn they want to be with their ishima at any how mr bhalla n romi trying to console raman bt he was not listening he want to be with his ishita at any cost n he barge in icu n seeing her lying in unconscious state he cant cntrl anymore now he directly goes to her n hug her tight like his life was depending on it by seeing him like this nurse goes outside the icu raman was crying n holding her tight he rambling ishita pls meri jkr uth jao mai nahi jee sakta tumhare bina pls uth jao tum aisa nai kar sakti mere sath pls jaldi uth jao tumne to muze promise kiya tha k tum muze kabhi akela nai chodogi ar ab tum apna vada nai tod sakti pls uth jao ishita i lv u yar pls utho u know na i cant live without u i will be dead if u r not with me pls uth jao ishita pls n he again start crying vigrously his tears felling on ishita's cheeks ishu moves her finger ltl beat 1st time bt raman cant see it due to his crying n again she moves her finger raman felt smthng touch to his hand he sees it carefully n see that ishu is moving her finger he screams for dr dr pls jaldi ayiye dekhiye ishita ne apne ungli hilayi abhi pls check her dr start examine her n say yes she is responding now hume inka check up karna hoga tabhi hum apko sabkuch clr batayenge...

Dr check up ishu fully n comes out aftr smtime raman asks how is ishu now n dr says dekhiye mr bhalla internal bleeding jyada hone k wajah se ab bhi unki halat kamjor hai ar pulse rate b normal se kam hai to u have to be very careful with her dhyan rahe k unhe koi jyada stress na ho waise abhi unhe hosh agaya hai aap unse mil lijiye bt hume ab bhi unhe under observatn rakhne k jarurat hai q k wo kafi weak ho gai hai aftr this dr leaves from their all family members were happy as well as sad for ishu they dont know how to say ishu that she loses her child raman was the weak one bcs he knows once ishu get to know abt her miscarage she will breakdown cmpltly bt everyone give raman support raman goes to ishu she was lying motionless their raman asks her how's she feeling ishu asks raman hamara bacha to thik haina use kuch hua to naina raman boliye na aap kuch bolte q nai boliye na kya hua hamare baby ko raman starts crying he tells ishu ishita humne hamara bacha kho diya ishita n ishu was cmpltly shock she is not reacting raman keeps her calling ishita ishita aftr cmes out of shock she shout no nai aisa nai ho sakta bhagwan hamare sath aisa nai kar sakte raman n she breaks down crying vigrously raman also crying with her they hug each other tight like their life was depend on it aftr smtms they broke hug raman kiss her on forehead n wipe her tear ishu wipes his tear n ishu asks raman q raman bhagwan ne humse hamari khushi q chinli raman jab unhe humse hamari khushi chinani h thi to pahle hume wo khushi di h q raman q kiya hamare sath aisa n with that she again start crying raman was also crying bt he knows he has to be strong for her wo aise himmat nai har sakta he hugs ishu n console her ishita shh hey shh rona band karo ishita pls mai tumhe aise nai dekh sakta stop crying ishita dekhna bhagwan hume ye khushi jarur denge ishita muze pura vishwas hai bhagwan pe humare pyar pe hamara bacha jarur hoga dekhna tum hamara ansh hoga vo with that he kiss he forehead n eyes n lays her on the bed n start to stroke her hair n ishu open her arms for raman he lies besides her she keeps her head on his chest n he embrace her tightly she falls asleep aftr some time he sees her n gets up from their slowly n get out of room once he goes outside the room he breaks down he hugs his maa n say maa mai ishita ko aise nai dekh sakta abhi to maine use samja diya bt mai janta hu maa vo tut gai hai puri tarah...
