I would say Priyanka, Deepika maybe has an active and passionate ones, but Priyanka's are more sly and sorted, unlike Dpad's.
Katrina's has lost ita track ever since they try to protray her as abla nari. The less said about Kangana, whose PR is just stupid, Sumans did her greater favor than her PR.

Aishwariya's PR was the best ever though when they convinced us that whole world is mad about her and she consider to be the most beautiful ever by whole world.

in male - salman - no explanation needed

in female -
aishwarya (she has been surviving on the 'most beautiful woman' tag for like 2 decades)
AND
Deepika (In IF ppl notice her PR tactics but to an average fan, she is the best-est. Thats good PR)

PC's PR is good. But her management is Best. She did not get HW roles thru PR. I think PR is different from manager/agency. or is it not ?
