Mallika Sherawat tried to copy Katrina Ka

Recently, Mallika Sherawat and Katrina Kaif were the focus of all attention on the sets of their film, Welcome. There was always something or the other going wrong between them as the two leading ladies couldn't get along with each other at all!

The latest buzz is that Mallika did not see eye-to-eye with Katrina on the sets of Firoz Nadiadwala's Welcome and even tried to ape her at every opportunity. Our source from the unit tells us, "Mallika and Katrina just couldn't get along.

Katrina used to greet Mallika often, but Mallika ignored Katrina. What shocked us was not that Katrina and Mallika were not on talking terms, but the fact that Mallika constantly copied Katrina's hairstyle and even clothes.

One had to keep telling her that she should not copy Katrina because her role is different. It would have been very funny to look at two girls looking the same!"

When contacted, Katrina did not deny our story. She had a long laugh after hearing us out, and said, "I used to greet everybody on the sets. I can't talk to you more on this because I am hurrying for a shot."

When Mallika showed up for a special appearance on the sets of Ramesh Taurani's Race, she targeted Katrina by making fun of her British accent.

She even hinted that Katrina owed her film roles to her Salman connection.A few years ago, Mallika reportedly said that she is ready to do any film if she's signed opposite Salman.

Not only that, she even said that she is prepared to forego her remuneration too. Industry circles had however termed Mallika's offer as a publicity stunt.
