Does Ganga knw about her bros/sis?

Does Ganga knw about her eldest sibling.. the child Bani miscarried, does she know about her late brother Atharva and late sister Krishna?

i mean has Bani/Mausi told her about her not being the only child? or will she find out after another 5 year leap 😆

Seems whatever Ganga says happens [well regarding her father anyway] so in the promo she said 'will you help get these two [JB pic] together again' so will that happen?
