-Situation: Maan is a northi and Geet a Southie. After initial hiccups they fall in love ( may be in a college in North Indian city?). Maan is from a wealthy family and Geet is considered to be not so well off. MU and they split with Geet going back to her hometown broken hearted. After some time Maan realises his part of the mistake in the MU and decides to follow geet with not much info about her family. Maan is shocked to find that she is not what she projected herself to be but an heiress and of royal blood. the family is planning her marriage to her relative who is the present king. now Maan is put into the task of winning her over within a span of months( you decide how many) by the king before the proposed date of marriage by staying with them. Geet has her own gang of mischievous cousins who tackle and block Maan's every attempt coz they not just want a repayment from Maan for the tears Geet shed but they don't want their beloved sis to marry a north Indian.
PS: this is something i planned for another forum, i had even started it off but then couldn't find the right frame of mind to continue. My heroine was supposed to be a malayali thamburatti and instead of 'babaji!' she would exclaim "ente Krishna!"( my krishna) whenever in a situation.
