The upcoming episode will show that Twinkle finds that Kunj is suffering from a rare disease.
Doctors warns Twinkle to take care of Kunj and protect him from any kind of injury, if Kunj had any injury then it could be dangerous.
Twinkle is tensed and asks Kunj to take care of himself, Kunj being unaware of his disease drives car fast.
Kunj met an accident and admitted to hospital, doctors asks Twinkle to arrange for rare blood group.
Twinkle is worried for Kunj and finds that Yuvi has same blood group.
Yuvi's master plan
Yuvi refuses to donate blood to Kunj, Twinkle requests Yuvi to help her and agrees to pay any cost.
Twinkle agrees to pay anything for Kunj, Yuvi's evil plan gets successful.
Yuvi will now force Twinkle to marry him if she wants to save Kunj.
Twinkle is left with no option and will agrees to marry Yuvi to save Kunj.
