I think a lot of it will depend on how Jagga Jasoos will do. If JJ becomes a hit he's mostly back and then ADHM becoming a hit will give him the extra boost. But if JJ flops he'll get pushed back further and then even ADHM becoming a hit won't help him as much. There will be excuses galore like it was a Dharma film or a Diwali release or you name it. If both JJ and ADHM flop he's screwed.

And now to contradict myself, he's a Kapoor. No matter what his career is not over unless he has another 4-5 years of flops.

The top directors of the industry want to work with him although he is going through a rough time. I am pretty sure that's because of his acting abilities and talent. The name can only take you so far.

True. Problem is if his movies don't bring in the money he won't be approached for big films. He might become an off beat cinema kind of actor. Good news here is that content and smaller movies are starting to gain momentum so he might still end up with a successful career even if he never makes it as a superstar. But it's too early to say that regardless of how JJ and ADHM do.

Hirani will definitely be a huge help to his career. Ayan I'm not sure. First of all that movie might go the Shuddhi way of JJ and ADHM don't make good money. Beyond that superhero movies are so risky, both in terms of content and budget.

To a lesser extent, he needs to work on his image also. Dude is too weird and creepy for my taste.

With his lineup of JJ, ADHM, Fire/Dragon, Dutt he is sure to be in the game sooner or later. I would say sooner. Actually who has those directors in his kitty cant really be out of the game.

What worries me is after ADHM and JJ is schedules are again unclear. Seems like he is starting two films together ie Dragon and Dutt. He is repeating the same mistake as he did earlier when he started JJ, Tamasha, BV all together without getting one out of the way.

he was fantastic in tamasha..ya agree the movie did nt bring
commercial success bt he gave a controlled performance..
