No he's not. He's immensely loved there.
There are always such so-called non-secular group of people esp. on Social Media. Talk as if they know the world, religion and each damn thing better that everyone and anyone. And it's so futile to argue with them, i have experienced it😆

Isnt that reaction expected knowing the religion majorly practised in pak along with many other religions do not approve of homosexuality. Plus homosexuality is still a taboo for society. So not surprising that the actor concerned has garnered strong reactions from section of people back home. There is still time till we all become comfortable about an individual's identity and how its being portrayed on popular medium, that too when attempted by a very popular star from the country in this case. Does not equate to people only hating him.Success of one make people talk about him in positive as well as negative way. Nothing new in that.the film is has garnered revenues from pak and its a proof enough that he is loved there by people.. Aage toh social media and its pages are always dominated by negativity about anyone and everyone. It gives pleasure to few.

He's even hated in india Expect Few Crazy Fans. i mean Ultimate Fans. 😛
