vasu slapping naina did hapen.....although i dont remember in which episode.
secondly i hv also seen the promo of vikram proposing vasu. this is not fake as the same scene was also shown as precap in ystrdy's episode.

OMG....i hope this doesnt happen to occur. vikram looks really sick. i dont like him at all and most importantly vasu-sush make such a great couple that i can tolerate them getting split.... c'mon promos are just to make viewers suspicious about further happenenings in the serial.
