Charuji, remember the t-shirts they had exchanged in some sort of a bet or something. I am guessing the trunk contains Arnav's t-shirt, the one he gave in exchange for her shirt.

A update filled with mixed emotions for Arnav and Khushi, along with the readers. This was one bumpy hell of a ride from every angle.

The melancholy, angst in beginning hits you hard. Arnav's anger trying to get Khushi to communicate... justified. Khushi's fear of forgetting her past with Naren, then the hesitancy for the unknown future... justified Who's right or who's wrong, is really not for us to decide. While patience, moving forward is easier said then done, then not accepting what your heart desires leaves you tormented.

Arnav has been trying to get through to Khushi, but until she's ready, there isn't much anyone can do... so we shall wait. But the burning question that looms, will she ever be?

We finally get a glimpse of the past. A carefree, fearless Khushi who went away for a week with a stranger... damn, did she have guts or what? Not to mention being open and forward. Seeing them together in the past, piques my curiosity to want to know the unknown... what happened to made them walk away from the attraction and relationship they shared...

Looking forward to seeing what you lined for us my dear SS! Waiting... waiting... waiting...

The answers that Arnav seeks from Khushi allude her ..she knows she has to say something ..

She associates this moment in her life to a similar moment in the past with Arnav.. What is it that did not allow these two to create a life together...they both were each other's first loves ...

Why for so many years did she keep his keepsakes ... Naren gave her love and Meera ...a family to call her own.. Unknowingly was there a yearning for something else...

Each item in that box is allowing her to visit their past .. Will it help to refresh her memories to gain answers.

Many may say Arnav's frustration is justified .. Why doesn't Khushi just agree to be with him ...yet place ourselves in Khushi's predicament ..how do you move forward ..she was happy with Naren.. They had intended to have more children...grow old together .. And yet deep, deep in the recess of her heart ..she was counting the days her and Arnav had been apart ...

Mira your story is akin to patchwork quilt .. Each chapter is painstakingly written, assiduous attention to ensure the characters feelings, situations are meticulously conveyed to the reader ... Truly a labor of love ..

Thank you for another wonderful update MB.

Who is the real Khushi?

The one who kissed Arnav right on their first day of meeting, the one who challenged an exchange of t shirts the second or third day after they met, the one who just went away with a stranger to spend a week with him without any second thoughts, 10 years ago or the present one who takes one step forward and immediately retraces 10 steps back?

Khushi preserving those little things about Arnav like a button, or a paper with an unfinished game, does say that Arnav did hold a lot of importance in her life. One does not keep such memories about acquaintances or even friends in day to day lives.

So then why did she push him away saying "I am Sorry" 10 years ago.

And again today she is saying the same phrase "I am sorry" to the same person.

What is she sorry about?

Was it not just 24 hours ago that Arnav had assured her that he would never try to take NK's place in her life or Meera's life and would make his own place. He has assured her of the same from time to time either by words or actions like placing her fingers back on the ring in her chain.

If Khushi feels guilty about moving on or fear of forgetting NK, why can't she look back at Arnav's assurances and feel happy about Arnav's entry into her life and particularly Meera's life.

If everyday she gets these bouts of fear and guilt and if everyday, every moment Arnav has to keep assuring her, their relationship is going to be very tiring and frustrating for both of them.

Now waiting to see what happened further in that week, 10 years ago.
