I'm not at all basing my inferences on "March." No, that's not just the month to fancy just because some articles say so. If the show REALLY is to come up on Star Plus, the script HAS to be concrete, and hence, I believe even if a schedule did say about March, there is obvious possibilities of a lot of dilly dallying for the show to actually start rolling.

So let's just stay positive and root for ArShi/SaRun.
