The girl was Aditi...I remember seeing her in a couple episodes. She's just okay. Daya actually did touch Dinanath. He grabbed him by the collar and told him to answer the questions properly. However, since he hadn't touched him AFTER he drank the water, or caused any real pain to him, he probably forgot about that.
