Why isn't she having more children?

I just saw this picture and it occurred to me how much her daughter's grown. She's already four, five this year. Think kids gonna be a tall one. Why aren't they -Aish/Abhishek- having more children? Is one enough? or do they want a big age gap between their children? This much age gap is fine ... but don't think she is getting preggie anytime soon cause of her projects ... by the time ... should there be a certain age gap between children, ya think?

Lets not forget that Ash is 42 now. Health complications might arise if she gets pregnant.

Its their choice. They can have as many children as they want. Increasingly, many couples are choosing to have only one child. Nothing wrong with that. As it is, the world is getting overpopulated & resources are limited. So why not?
