This thread is dedicated to the discussions related to the TRP.

All are welcome to discuss and speculate about the TRPs, but it needs to be done in a CIVIL manner and without getting offensive/instigating towards a particular character or fan group. Furthermore, all discussions in this thread are restricted to the ratings of the show, any discussions or comparisons to other shows is NOT allowed. The TRP thread WILL be monitored and any offensive/instigating posts WILL lead to severe warning and warning level raises. TRP discussions are to be done in the main TRP thread.

"Any other post related to TRP and the blaming game will simply be closed/moved without notice. "

BARC Updates Weekly TRP Every Thursday Around 1 Pm Noon. The DATA is presented as Week starting from weekend to last weekday in format of Saturday To Friday.

First Week TRP of Krishnadasi will come on 4th Feb'2016 when BARC will release Week 4 Data.

Current Rivals at 10:30 Slot

1) Star Plus Airs Repeat of Siya Ke Raam but in mid Feb it will launch a new show called Dehleez.
2) Zee Airs Period show Lajwanti which is based on Indo-Pak pre-partition era. The show hovers in 0.5-0.7 TRP range and the show will soon end.
3) Sony Airs Crime Patrol
4) Life Ok Airs Savdhaan India
5) AndTV Airs superhit show Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai which averages at 1.2-1.5 TRP.

Colors 10:30 Slot History

This slot did wonders for channel in 2009 when Naa Ana Des Laado show used to air. The show fetched 4+ TRP ratings and was slot leader of that time.
Post Laado Colors brought Big Boss Season 5 which did decent job in TRP and averaged at 1.5-1.8 TRP.
In 2012 Colors brought Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha Season 1 which did very well but TRPs remained in range of 1.6-1.9
In 2012 October NBT was replaced by Parichay which jumped from 9:30 slot to 10:30 slot and got average 1.3 TRP.
In 2013 March Colors brought Bani Ishq Da Kalma which did well and used to get 1.5-2.2 TRP
In 2014 June Bani was replaced by existing show Uttaran which was once slot leader of 10 Pm but failed in 10:30 Slot.
In 2015 January Colors replaced Uttaran with crime show Code Red which did decent job and garnered 1.0-1.3 TRP.
In August 2015 Colors launched Ishq Ka Rang Safed on 6:30 slot and its repeat was kept in 10:30 Slot. Repeats of the show used to get 1.5-1.8 TRP.
In October 2015 Colors brought Big Boss Season 9 which failed miserably in ratings and averaged at 1.1-1.2 points.

Hope now Krishnadasi revives this slot and garner huge TRP for its concept.

don't worry.. there is no extra jodi here in this show.. and definitely no jodi swap... so i am not expecting any blame game on any character of this show... if the trp is high then it will be celebration and if low then all will whine and complain and will curse trp aunties only.. that's all. i hope it be a huge hit.

Exactly..!! And 25 is lucky for Colors..!! Simar and Thapki both started on 25th of their respective months so this might work as well..!!

By the way how is the thread looking?? 😳

Thanks dear..!! But for SP it will be difficult as their 10:30 Slot is vacant from past 2 months I guess and it's just airing Siya Ke Ram repeats. Let's see how Dehleez works which has Harshad Arora as male lead.
