Swtich off your cellphones!

As per a new rule in Ekta Kapoor's production house, if anyone's cell phone rings during work hours the person has to pay a fine of Rs 500.

Most actors however are not complaining about this. "It makes sense because a loud ring can mess up a shot totally," says an actor.

Of course, there are a few others who continue to complain aainst this 'dictatorship'. Actually it'snot so much the cellphone issue that has peeved them, it's the overall habit of dictating terms that they seem to be up in arms against.

"We are not allowed to attend other awrad functions... why impose such diktats on us?" says an actor. Well, the answer to that is simple: they are the largest production house today churning out a number of serials and they know they can dictate!

well it makes sense in a way.. but just put it on vibration alert or even silent.. no one will know then.. unless ur near the equipment and it gives interference waves.. then your screwed..

but i see that actors pov.. poor person..
