Exactly... Bt I guess it's our fault that we are expecting anything that is logical.. If they can get her married toh kuch bhi kar sakte hai..

Hell no...this is something that the Cvs would come up with. If they made Suhani ask for a virginity test I would curse.

As saint Suhani subjecting another woman to such an indegnified invasive process would not be right and so out of character besides molestation does not mean the person has to have sex with the victim so a virginity test would prove nothing and asking for one is just plain ignorant.

Suggesting that Gauri be take to a Dr on the other hand would be the right thing (and the legal requirement) to ensure that she is ok. At this point Gauri has only implied some sort of missbahaving from Pankaj's side not actual rape or molestation.

By the way how did they even jump to that conclusion? She did not talk...all she did was cry and point...she was not dishevelled or bruised...no torn clothes...she did not scream...which means if she was being molested the person would have had to silence her by covering her mouth...which in turn means if she had to get away from him forcefully she would have been somewhat dishevelled...not just her make up...her hair was all in place...so without her actually saying he tried to harm her why was that the conclusion they came to?

AY you have point but the thing is when a girl is forced by a guy to do sex first both will be in a tussle n the girl would definitely shriek n scream n try to protect herself by harming the guy and after the thing is actually completed she will not have strength to stand coz of the physical force applied by the guy n obviously she will faint.But here toh she does not have self respect of her own n she is ready to inform the whole world that Pankaj was the culprit.No girl on earth will do that as we have self respect of our own.First she will become unconcious n after gaining her senses she will attempt a suicide.I accept that there wasnt a rape or molestation as Gauri has not been touched.She had herself spread the kohl on her eyes n torn a small piece in her hand n framed the scene.The thing is that when they see a girl such a way why they would even jump into such conclusion exactly a molestation has occured.A victim wont actually have words to explain what had happened with her as she wont have strength primarily n no girl would roam publishing that she had been a victim.Virginity test is a modern day thing.If actually she wanted to prove her father innocent it is the way as Birlas would only believe in that case or even a councelling for Gauri will suffice me.Hea I mentioned that she was beautiful as before n everything was in place except her smudged kohl which implies that she had framed it.It looked as if she cried n nothing less or more
