Fear is a powerful emotion that living creatures have.It comes under various categories, panic, stress, terror and nightmares...For human's it's the fear of the unknown that can be daunting as is it's a spatial sense.. not knowing what's around us.We fear anything we cannot see with the naked eye.Two things that humans fear most are the future and death itself..the fear that is imbedded amongst us humans is the fear of losing some dear to us someone close to us. Today's episode is a like a battle where the enemy plans to win the war by planting the fear of losing a loved one..and it's done unsuspectingly.. Such is the power and attraction of deception that on the face of it it's benign, magnanimous, magnificent, all humble and brimming with service. Thus with such visual traits it makes a killing from the truthful devotion of a devotee. Dhani is one such young widow who is blinded by the overall goodness of the men of faith. All goes according to plan strategically, how to surround the young gazelle , entrap her and then manipulate her to do what the hunter wants.. A sacrifice to feed self glorification of the might priest head of Banaras city. Kanak too wants Dhani's head to be severed likewise the Ram but her motherly crudeness and contempt of all from lower stations of life , makes her common and vulgar! Dashrant manipulates with such fine craft that devotees get completely bogged down and swept away by his stealth moves and conniving mind. Dashrant fouls like a discreet gentleman while Kanak fouls like a coarse commoner! But their motive is one, stop a widow from stepping into their Ayodhya Nivas..
The scene continues between the paid pandit and Dashrant regarding Dhan's horoscope ..questions are asked and arguments by Dashrant regarding why the marriage cannot go ahead? are repeated to frighten and allure Dhani into a trap ,the paid pandit strums on about should the marriage take place, Viplav is likely to die! To allure Dhani further into their trap the paid pandit offers to talk to Viplav and dissuade him for the sake of his life!
Dhani has to be won over..made to believe that Dashrant is on her side.. he argues , if such was the issue than due to that no marriages can take place ,how can he accept that there are things pointing to Viplav's destruction already? he refuses to accept paid pandits warnings..all this he does to answer the questions he knows are churning up in Dhani's mind! who watches in distress from far.. paid pandit hammers the words if Viplav goes ahead with this marriage ,he'll surely lose his life.. into Dhani's head.. Dashrant sides his eyes with a possible sign of victory!.. ahead! But no deception is complete without a sample of an illustration.. while the conversation takes place.. Viplav with glee on his face .. suddenly finds his brakes failing?? is this foul play too or genuine? Viplav swerves and his jeep crashes into a tree! if this is foul play .. then according to Dashrant what's a small accident to subvert the way Viplav 's future is shaping up currently..? Dashrant phones Viplav ,so paid pandit can convince him.. Dhani holds her breath with great big tears in her eyes.. wonders what her vikil babu will say? but instead as badluck would have it.. gets to hear Viplav met with a small accident.. his brakes failed..dhani snatches the phone from the pandit and cries to him, where was he? he says oh great she's with dadi ji! and instead of calming him she's losing it!she screams he's to come home straightaway! but he butts in he was buying some stuff for her as soon he's done with it he'll surely return ,but she screams on the phone, swear by her that he'll return home soon! Dashrant syly mocks her as he gives his paid primed pandit a sided glance! .. Dhani apologizes for her sudden out burst and Dashrant puts on a feigned supportive face for Dhani and rebukes the pandit ,he won't listen to anymore of his talk ,since he has disturbed this poor little girl for nothing.. and Dhani is taken in by Dashrant's crafty guile.. he waits for the moment and slowly tightens the rope around her gullible nature as he feigns kindness and tells Dhani , she shouldn't worry look child ,as all will be well.. but then Dhani is ready to submit.. and she surrenders ,just the way he wants..mahapandit ji if the horoscope issue is true then, she cannot go ahead with this marriage! Dashrant , finds his hard to conceal his joy at swatting this fly.. and his mouth flies open.. Dhani continues for my love, for my vikl Bhau she will have to take this step nothing is more valuable for her than his life,.. and Dashrant tightens the knot of pressure on her by feigning.. even in his heart a certain fear is now lodged about him ,as he is the only thing he has, but it's a pity Viplav doesn't have any faith is such things, that day at matching the horoscopes he said crudely before all that he didn't believe in such things ,but he loves her a lot.. and to marry her he'll go to any length! and Dhani with great fervour retorts ,if he can go to any lengths to save her life ! them she too will go to any length to save his his life! now what ever it takes she will not let this marriage happen! announces Dhani and leaves.. while, dashrant praises his own abilities of the devil within him!! this fiend! even insults his god.. such a vile creature he is.
Wedding preparations underway..new clothes for the groom.. Dulari shopping for the groom a brilliant blue out fit.. Suvarna looks on and thinks about her husband banged up in prison.. Dhani returns home and is shown the clothes.. dualri exclaims she wanted the whole shop for him..the question about the outfit being worthy of the stature of a man like Viplav , yes! again Indrani reminds her its not price but the value of the givers love that matters.. besides viplav is above things like price , he is sensitive enough to grasp on to the true sentiment wrapped around the gift. Hearing such love and praise for Viplav.. reminds Dhani of the decision she has to take to save his life, they show her things for him ,but her ears can hear his dada ji's voice he has had an accident! She knows what she has to do ,but she'd rather not do it now.. what with spending oh shopping for him.. Seeing them so happy .. She needs to say she's tired..and needs a rest muses Dhani.. Yes the widows worry regards her disinterest and Inderani in particular frets..
Worn and discarded clothes for the bride are pulled out for the bride by Kanak from her wardrobe! Dashrant enters her room and asks why she was having a hissy fit! In great disdain Kanak spews she will not be buying anything new for that witch Dhani! she get all her cast offs but dashrant tells her calmly she's better distribute her clothes between the servants.. because the marriage is not going to happen! and Kanak cackles how come, what games has he played that he overpowered the enemy without lifting a finger and deviously he says , he played the game of fear!.. he points out the difference between him and her.. that she only blows hot air and does nothing else! while he blows no hot air but gets the work done!Kanak is dying to give the good news to the Ashram that he marriage is off ,but he stops her .. as Dhani will be the one who will be giving them the good news! till then she has to control herself.. and she cackles coquettishly and he with some veiled lust sings his usual rendition of the song which makes him feel youthful again...
The phone rings and Dhani runs down the stairs and comes across Viplav's usual tease session, he knew nowadays she answers the phone at the Ashram! she is not in the mood and wants to know where he was?at home ,he teases she beginning to sound just like a concerned wife what is it ? and she orders,she needs to see him and he flirts , he if she says with such urgency he stop what he doing and fly over to her! thing is he too feels like her! can't live without her ,that's why he says becomes mrs Viplav tirpathai and come and live with me at my house,we'll chat all the time while our kids run rings around you and I watch and laugh! Tersely she says fine ,I'll see you in a while.. Dhani arrives at the spot and he pops up behind her and covers her eyes guess? and she says , she knows who it's is, and he moans but she won't take his name! he says ok forget! and he gives her the locket he wanted to give her when he first proposed to her.. he tells , she's better not lose it and then before the day of marriage ,a boy gives a gift to the girl every day.. to make her happy , but she said yes o fast he didn't get a chance .. he jokes but she looks worried and he asks whst is it she looks terribly worried?she moves away and then says she feels that they are being very hasty about the wedding and he disagrees..and says he can delay the wedding by an hour how about that? she tells him off ,why does he always joke about things,does he have any idea of why she is saying no to the wedding? he makes her face him and tells her, don't say this even in jest.. he won't be able to live without her? he swears and hugs her and holds her in his arms closely in an embrace.. never meant to end.. and Dhani weeps helplessly over his shoulder and he blissfully closes his eyes over hers and wonders what brought this on??and consoles both himself and her by giving a peck on her shoulder..
A sad wife visits her husband in prison.. she confides the angst of her heart to him that all are happy in Dhani's wedding, none see her grief that her husband is behind bars.. Tripurari consoles her and says they'll come out of this bad time and when he gets out together both of them will teach them a lesson..here too Tripurari doesn't lift a finger, as survana herself begins to to pe put off from Dhani and the Ashram..like his father he too plays on a woman's soft touches.. a woman's love for her man..
Dhani is never too far from the surveillance of the prowler..dashrant meets her by the roadside.. he wants to know if Viplav agreed and she tells him no.. frustrated he says nothing can happen withut Viplav's consent.. nowhe can't leave Banaras.. basically he plants the idea in her head that she should leave Banaras.. for she knows she will do it as the stupid girl is in love with Viplav ..but she assures him that the marriage will not happen !he feigns the wdding will happen the best in benras ..as none can stop it! and with put on grief he leaves her too it.. to stop the wedding..
Dhani muses , she cannot let this marriage happen.. she loves him so much that she will have to sacrifice her own desires for his life.. yes his life is more dear to her than the fulfilment of her dreams. For if he dies.. there won't be any dreams , just reminders that she was selfish.. she knew the odds ,nothing was hidden from her, it's all in her stars ,in her destiny.. this white colour! By connecting her life to his she cannot let him forfeit his life..he means so much to his family.. she will have to make the informed choice.. leave Benaras!..
Viplav at the bus stop.. drops pankhaj off..and hitchs a ride to Mathura! Viplav notices Dhani board the bus ..confused he races in his jeep and follows the bus.. in the bus Dulari is puzzled about Dhani's sudden visit to Mathura.. so much work left at home connected to the wedding.. Dhani weeps as she looks out of the window.. she recalls the madness of his love for her.. and then the pandits words about her horoscope.. the colour of her love is white.. she will have to give up her joy for his life.. the bus halts to a stop! Viplav blocks it by his jeep ,boards the bus and gives Dhani a dirty look..dulari too tells him all she knows is that Dhani is going to Mathura for a two day puja for him before lord Krishna. Viplav creates a racket and tells her no way can he survive without her for forty-eight hours and thus insists he will accompanying both mother and daughter too! and sits in the opposite seat and gives Dhani mischievous sided looks..
The episode reeked with Dashrant's dirty deeds.. heavens the man is devil incarnate.. hamlet 53 2.1.16
