Goth culture is usually followed by people living in colder countries , as it requires u to wear black and dark colours at all times. We don't really have it here in India . But people who follow goth appear to wear black clothes , black make up and pale skinned . The paler the better . Goth followers r often said to be suicidal and dangerous , but that is entirely false . Goth people have a humour and r quite normal , except they have a humour and their thinking of life that may not be shared by commen belief . Darkness and black is very important in their life . Their houses r usually decorated with skulls , church crosses , devil signs . But saying that , many people believe they r satan worshippers . Which is again NOT true , they follow their religion , like if u r Hindu , u can still pray to Hindu gods and for Christians its Jesus. Goth subculture started in the mid 80's I think , in England and later on spread to the other areas . People usually r united by listening to Goth music , like some of my favourites , Sisters of mercy , The cult , HIM, etc. there r loads ! Goths have great interest in literature both classic and modern and arts . Basically Goth people follow to live their life on their own terms and beleifs which may not be acceptable to the commen people .

PS- goth people r into Victorian dresses , like corsets and all . But there many types of goths , can't tell u all here 😆 . Google it , it helps . And might I say , do I see a ' baby bat ' here ? We call newbies in goth culture as baby bats ;)
