I am opening a post for daily episode discussion . I will open a new thread once we reach pg 150 ...Please feel free to use this thread for any and all episode discussion . ...All members are welcome .

PS: Not posting any rules ...Plz respect all views ...no personal attacks 😃

After reading the WU, tuned in for Sid. Agree with Soup below😆, well directed.

RNj's breakdown was something I was looking forward to.😈

Loved the way he started questioning Swarna. The urgency & horror building up and going to denial and begging everyone to wake up Gayathri😭 Well done👏

I've become a sadist, i liked the funeral pyre scene too. Just kept the vol low to avoid the sawaria blast.

Would have loved Sethji's reaction.
Can i be optimistic & dream that the father has teamed up with the daughter and they are cooking something for BRM?

Kunwar chacha looked funny with the crown and some symbolism there, when BRM removeed it from his head.👍🏼

RNj just invoked the mantra to bring dead people alive again.."Come back, Gayathri" ,more poetic this time.

On my panic mongering mode- NDTV imagine (now defunct , once had ST as the programming head) had a show Gunahon ka devta. the FL was killed by hero's Godlike Bhabhi and a look alike came & did a Karz/ OM shanti Om kind of thing.
I've serious trust issues with Zee😆

Lovely collages. They really did this one well, IMO...thankful they finished it in one episode.👏

Only missed RNJ's reddened eyes after the funeral...otherwise, good portrayal of grief.👏 Loved that sindoor scene...all the fbs I had wanted were shown. ❤️

Oh well..I liked the drama created..basically all the fbs RNJ remembered and his tears..It was just like how a decent widower track should be..all the fbs were spot on. 👏

And the final fb at the taare scene..how he had told her she had won over her stars finally...and then he asked G to come back , having fought those stars again..though the scene reminded me of his 'laut aayiye Sulakshna' rant...the taare scene made it different and sweet.

If I disregard the stupidity of G's death...I felt the direction was pretty smooth. Felt with RNJ as he asked RM and Swarna repeatedly...This is an episode worth tuning into, for so many reasons...If U have anyway read the WU and fumed over it..the epi will def look much better...Just FF the abdication scenes.

G being dead..It seems like everyone believes she is dead...Even RM! 😲 She did regret not paying attention to the kundali dosh...😕

If so, I don't mind G coming back from dead...Because I do know personally someone who was declared dead and taken to the mortuary and was actually alive...and she was alive enough to come back and complete her education and have a normal life, with no residual damage...and this happened in modern India! 😆 I am not joking.

Anyway, let us see how this goes. Big relief that RNJ knows about BRM now. But how is he going to let BRM or Kunwars stay in the palace after this?

The episode was well shot. Swarna was the perfect option to confirm the news to RNJi. Loved their interaction there. In a way I was glad Rji was not a part of the plan. I could enjoy the tear jerking emotions of SK.

Loved all the FBs.

Ive decided to enjoy the show as the CV's show it. So no complaints.

Finally RNJ knows the truth about the family. His attitude is back in the precap. So chacha chooses brm to be crowned and not rnj as per spoilers.

Sethji is busy shooting for a movie, I think its the one with Gurmeet, Akshara and Vivaan. Saw his pic .

Well...while I must commend Sid for his restrained and yet emotional performance, I can't come to terms with the fact that the writers made RNJ hand over the reins of the kingdom to the very man who had broken the back of the kingdom in cohorts with Wilkison before his return from the war...just like he did before leaving for Darjeeling with G, he could have asked RM to be the regent..

What kind of crap dialogue was that? Amerkot par ehsaan? What are the writers smoking? Just so they can make G the heroine, they had to reduce RNJ to this...I can't forgive them for this ever..!

Sorry, Surekha Sikri is getting unbearable...more than the lack of logic, the stupidity, the butchering of RNJ, it is BRM who is turning me off this show..

Never have I detested any character as much as I do her...she is the lowest of the low...! And the OTT performance is the cherry on the cake!

So, whose corpse was burnt?

And more importantly, if RNJ has seen the proof of what BRM & co are with his own eyes, why is he there suited and booted...when he lost his wife just a day ago?

What kind of cheap writing is this? They showed romance against the backdrop of a pyre...and now a party the day after the funeral...how much ugly and insensitive is this going to get?

So, G is alive or dead?

The corpse's face is normally closed only on the pyre...how convenient that it was done before...sick track..but the mind dreads to think how much more sick the ensuing tracks are going to get...ETR2 has been TRP-fied completely...not sure how much more I can take before I tune out completely..!

P.S - RNJ has no questions about the drowning...no anger...nothing...straight away denial and then grief...

I would have expected him to rage against those who had allowed it to happen..he was so quietly accepting of the whole thing...none of this makes sense to me...!

Chick...this makes no sense...he is not bothered to find out how she drowned..why she drowned..he is more interested in abdicating...what are the writers smoking?

And then, he attends the coronation suited and booted even after knowing the truth about these people? That his beloved BRM seems to be playing passing the parcel with the crown?

Sorry but the writing is just terrible...!

P.S - Assuming G is faking her death, she can't be doing it without any kind of support...the obvious choice would be RM...she was the one who hurriedly closed the face of the corpse even...so all that dialogue about kundali dosh...was it just a drama for BRM?
