Shows With Low TRPS has PKHJD

The TRP is senseless when it comes to good story telling. PKHJD is made for the recent happenings in and around us where terrorism in the name of Love & Hatred and fault of innocents being subjected. All shud watch such drama where family & country hold a lot of reasons for value & love.

Most shows are nonsense & gain high TRP instead this show needs to be valued

In a time, where shows based on superstitions, naagins, regressive portrayal of women being the ultimate sacrificial lamb become trp toppers, I do not even get surprised to see pkhjd not having much fanfare that too on a bad channel cometing against chartbusters of the slot. Trp ladies ke liye is show me kuch nahi rakha hai, na overacting, na torture on female lead aur nahi detectivegiri of the mahaan bahu. So why to watch. The taste for tv content from masses should be described as pathetic.

The script is good and is a change from the usual run of the mill concepts being telecast on TV. Good shows seem to be destined with low TRPs. 'Reporters' is a classic example. The Channel has to extend its reach to the masses for better viewership. The actors are doing exceptionally well and look so effortless. Its applaud-worthy. 👏 Balaji needs to be given brownie points for bringing in a new concept about spies and terrorism. Considering that some of their shows hav made it to the top three, they can afford to ignore the TRP race here and tell a good story.

And about 60% fault for that is Sonys marketing. The actors are both known, brilliant and popular. The cast and story are brilliant and relevant. The TRP masses are silly in their choice of content but these concepts always produce hits with movies. So I do think they'd do well given the right situations. But at Sony- They are utterly senseless. They show CID about 10 hours a day. At this point Daya has forgotten his real name and Pradhyuman believes that he's the ACP of Chief Investigation Department of India. Shows barely have any repeat slots. Bhool se if you come across SONY, you won't see one of their decent shows but CID. People find out about shows channel surfing and no one wants to watch CID. Bad renditions of all ready great shows are constantly telecasted- who starts a less than stellar Surya Putr Karna a year after Star's stellar MB? And the draggy Maharana Pratap in competition with Jodha Akbar. 😆 and this fantastic show, whose competitors are promoted EVERYWHERE, with the most competitive time slot on tv, gets 0 effort from SONY on a promotion front. And that's despite of being the best told fiction plot on tv right now. I'm actually surprised EK isn't annoyed about that. I know I would be hella pissed by this nonsense. Sony is simply a tired low TRP channel that had given up and is just treading along for a shut down or a take over. But they're a marketing nightmare.

Agree with tejas.. Sony us confused about its priorities.. I wonder how Ekta gave such a marvellous serial to Sony... And now that they have bagged such a serial instead of giving it publicity, more time slots.. Sony is giving it step brotherly treatment, which is infuriating!!

I am so tired of bhoot pret, saas bahu and mythological serials popping everywhere.. PKHJD is a welcome breath of fresh air.. Hope Sony realises this soon..

I would just hope k Ekta should come up with something to make sure this serial should gain trp coz it's ha v ing a new concept and sh e should deal better with Sony.
Let's pray that this serial should get its TRP that it deserves than this worse trp
