PART 1:
For kabir&ananya this was one of their best days of their lives.They were totally enjoying their new found relationship,brewing love&admiration for each other amidst all being with each other.They had quite well managed to keep their relationship confined only known to Ananya's mom&bro&Ronnie.They were all smiles,stealing glances at each other,having a few romantic moment in the office,cute moment at ananya's home dropping session,innumerable dates&gifts,secret get aways,etc.Kabir had left no opportunity to pamper Ananya to the bits.But day by day it was becoming increasingly difficult for them to handle their covert relationship.Not that they were doing something bad,but the increasing need to be with each other all the time hide their affection&love towards each other was getting the better out of them like once almost getting caught by manav&Khalid's questioning glances to kabir&malvika's glares.But amidst all this they couldn't ignore the truth that,the 2 months of their relationship had proved to truly fruitful. Their love had grown all the bounds more&proved to be truly unconditional.And on top of all this they had even rocked their professional space.Kkn had reached new heights due to Ananya&Kabir's team work which had recently resulted in exposing of a huge organ racket scam revealing the true faces of few corrupt business man&underworld don.They'd gained lot of popularity after this including in the social media.Life couldn't get better.
'Kabir I'm going out on the new lead,I'll see you later"Ananya said after entering kabir's cabin,ofcourse without knocking.Kabir smilingly shook his head at his stupid reporter/girlfriend.He got up from his chair&headed close to her.
"Take care&please keep me updated.Tum toh jaa rahi ho lekin saath mein mera dil bhi leke jaa rahi ho.So please be careful&if there's even slight bit of problem call me or khurana immediately.Ok"he said holding her hand&she smiled at his concern before nodding.
"I will be careful.Take care,I'll see you at dinner"Ananya said&winked at him reminding them of their dinner date&he smiled before glancing out of the cabin to make sure no one was looking at them&quickly pecked her hand&she blushed as his lips made contact with her skin.She quickly pecked his cheeks mumbling 'i love you'&rushed out of his cabin leaving a bemused kabir.He shook his head at her.She was a mystery in herself, sometimes so shy&sometimes even bolder.He smiled at his thoughts&remembered ananya's words of seeing him in dinner.He couldn't wait to have her all to himself.
But he was very worried for her,not because she was his girlfriend but genuinely worried because he didn't seem to get the lead she'd gotten right.He found it to be very suspicious but let her work on it knowing she was smart&capable of knowing what was right&wrong.He was sure she might've made sure it was safe to go ahead with it.Yet he couldn't help but worry for his sweetheart.
Time had gone in a jiffy&it had almost been 3 hours since she'd gone&there was not even a single message from her.He was dying out of concern for her.He'd die if anything happened...He shook his head to get rid of the vile thoughts when malvika knocked on his cabin breaking him out of his reverie.
"May i come in kabir?"Malvika asked sweetly&he nodded his head in a yes&continued working on his file.Malvika entered with her usual way.Her head held high&an arrogance look on her face.She was the perfect example for the stereotypical rich daddy's spoilt brat.
As she made herself comfortable on the chair,kabir looked up from his file.
"Yes malvika,you wanted something from me?"He asked her seriously not wanting to engage in any kind of useless conversation with her.Malvika gave a disappointed look before continuing in her sugar coated fake tune.
"You're time"She said flirtatously making kabir give a confused look at her.
"Meaning?"He asked as she continued to smile at him.
"I mean let's have lunch together.It's been so long since we've gone out so i thought you could manage to spare sometime"She said as sweet&convincingly fake as possible making kabir roll his eyes,inwardly ofcourse.And at the perfect timing his phone rang&he looked at the caller id which showed inspector khurrana calling.He made a mental note to thank khurrana later for saving him from malvika.Malvika's glared angrily at the phone for interrupting her conversation with kabir,but she was quick enough to hide it ofcourse.
"I'm sorry malvika,Excuse me!"He said picking up his phone.
"Khurana,thank you...i mean phone kaise kiya?"he asked&mentally smacked himself for the slip of his tongue as malvika gave him a quizzical expression.
It was as though the next words that came from khurana made kabir's world stop involuntarily.
"Kabir are you fine?"Malvika asked looking at kabir's blanked face but he was too shock to reply to her.
"Ananya..."He whispered as he sat motionless.
