Pragya is saying in the Precap Tanu already had food.
Did she see Nikhil feeding her or did she see Tanu eating alone or it's just a guess?

She is only doubting them until now.she is doubting from a past few months.

I thought the last episode ended with Pragya seeing Nikhil on the sofa. And Tanu came fast and bumped into her. I don't think she saw them together, but I want her to suspect them.

No she hasn't seen. Even if she sees it's not enough for her to doubt them. She needs to hear "Main Tannu ke bachche ka baap hoon" line from Nikhil to really doubt and figure things.

Pragya had done a lot of investigation on Nikhil previously. Then, she didn't really know Abhi is not the baby daddy. Now she knows. What stops her from doubting Nikhil to be the baby daddy. I don't get! He is the only man around Tannu than Abhi. At least rule out Nikhil na by testing him.

today preacp is different.she says abhi Tanu already ate.
Tanu fast was not broken. How did she say that?

mujhe lagta hai isne aise hi hawa me teer mara hai.. she knows tanu's nature becz tanu can't control her bhook...😉

Very likely, not exactly feeding her but coming out of her room or around her.
