Daadi should get into coma or get hospitalized after ill health. Abhi should seriously blame Pragya for restricting her hospital visits/food etc. which could have lead to this. Pragya should cry with all the sadness in the world. Bulbul unable to see her sister cry and seeing the plan collapsing should reveal to Abhi that all this was a drama and Daadi was never ill-treated.

Sarla Maa should have her next heart attack which gives her very little chance to survive. Pragya and BB shall run around crazy trying to save their mother. Pragya should confess to Sarla Maa that all this was a drama and Abhi should overhear it.

Pragya should go into coma due to a near fatal attack by Aaliyah. Daadi should shout on Aaliyah and when Aaliyah says Pragya was betraying them all anyway, Daadi should blast at Aaliyah opening up about the truths.

Abhi should get into an accident and injure his head. He should get admitted to the hospital and remain unconscious and doctors should say he may not survive. Pragya should rush there and tell him- wake up, wake up.. you can't do this to me. I can't live without you. Abhi should wake up and Pragya should kiss him all over the face and tell him she loves him.

Aaliyah should set up Tannu to get caught telling Nikhil something about the baby which clearly indicates he is the father of her baby. Aaliyah should also make Abhi and Pragya both should overhear it. Abhi should drag Tannu out of his life.

Aaliyah should get caught by Abhi and Pragya admitting to how she made the fake DNA report for TaBhi parentage for TaKhil's baby.

Bulbul should get into big trouble due to Aaliyah and Purab should blow her and the whole team's cover in his haste in front of Abhi.

PS: All characters can spring back to happiness and health (back to plotting if villains) two episodes after any of this happens.
