who is better in between shahid and Abhishek ?

Both of them debuted pretty much at the same time and also has stayed relevant struggling to deliver at the box office with a couple of hits and few applauded performances .

But neither of them could make it big , given they had potential and worked with good directors too..

Abhi has one solo hit - Guru ( if there are any other pls do mention )

Shahid has Jab we met and Vivah ..

and Abhi has several multistarrer hits like dhoom series, KANK, Paa, Yuva and etc whereas Shahid has Haider and a sleeper success in the form of kaminey ..

so who is better and who could make it big, and why did guys like Ranbir, Ranveer and Varun being juniors raced ahead ?

The only big solo hit from abhishek side is guru he was perfect in that

N most of the film of his is multistarrer

But shahid have hits of his own n he DARes to film solo n he can act better than abhishek I think so

Expressions didn't seen on abhishek's face easily

Abhishek.. He can do really good if he wants.. All type of roles, subtle (Sarkar) or comedy (Dostana and not others), charming (Bass Itna Sa, Guru, MPKDH).. Love him..

Shahid on the other hand, goes a bit OTT in all roles.. He is cute though !

i agree that Abhi is really good at comedies .. but he hardly develops interest in intense roles.. shahid has so far delivered with haider, his performance was terrific there ..

its sad that they never had shortage of films, but audience did not accept them much

Poor Abhishek, every time an actor's movie flops, everybody here starts comparing that actor to Abhishek as an insult. It must be really sucky to be a twisted benchmark. 😆

Don't you guys get tired of questioning Shahid's successes and failures and comparisons, etc? At least, failures or successes, he is a self-made man.

Sometimes, I feel people really want him to do better than the likes of Ranbir, Varun, Ranveer ... No worries, he will. Why so impatient?

I like both of them, but I like Shahid more. I think Shahid can play variety of roles and do it well too.

As far as Abhishek is concerned, I prefer seeing him in comedy roles. Romance, emotional, action roles, he's just so blah!

stop getting sentimental .. shahid had a recent release, and he will obviously be questioned about the recent failure ... what's there to get tired off ?😕

Abhi sucks in romance , he can put anybody to sleep with his awful romance onscreen 🥱
