Indeed, spitting in someone's food or drink before serving it to him is an all time low a person can hit.

It was very vicious and vengeful and unhygienic. But on the other hand, her mouth is so bitter and poisonous that any living micro-organism(bacteria) instantly drop dead. Her spit has lotsa anti-bacterial properties and considered as antidote for dengue. So it may be beneficial to Rishabh.
