I read somewhere that mostly bride's married sister does gatbandhan...and In the absence of a married sister any married lady of the bride's side can perform this ritual..here ajabde is phool's friend cum sister na...that's why I think she does..🤔...aur vaise bhi nobody was there from phool's side except her chandamama...😃
