Suddenly she felt needles piercing her heart and pain started in her chest . She kept her hand on chest struggling to breath . She tried to call out Maan who was looking at floor sadly . The pain was so much cursing through her chest to arm . She coughed badly and thats when Maan paid his attention to her . He stopped breathing seeing her in such a bad condition . He stood on his legs shouting for doctor . Within few seconds , her face was filled with blood which was dripping from her mouth . He felt horrible watching her state..
