My take today might b a bit shorter than my usual daily takes since I m having a bit of headache
While she was all decked up in Jewelleries and setting dreams of her blissful future with Ranaji on her engagement day 😳 , he was trying to dig his wounds further by hurting his hands with the thought of getting engaged to someone else .. What a sad irony ..
Gayatri was a happy bride today .. It was a dream come true day for her .. She was getting ready for her engagement like a true princess with her bhabhis being asked to fan her nonstop so that she does not sweat while getting ready 😆 ...Drashti looked beautiful today sitting in front of mirror and blushing like a newly wedded wife 😳 .. For Gayatri , this engagement was beginning of her love story with Ranaji 😳
On the other hand Ranaji was a devastated lover today who just accepted defeat in love and was about to sacrifice his life for the sake of his kingdom and mother .. As usual he was sarcastic while showing those pearl necklaces to his mother and asking her which one should he wear before his sacrifice ceremony .. For Ranaji , this engagement was death of his love story with his first wife .. But the irony will be he might just get a new life today if Gayatri manages to save his life from the attack thats gonna happy in the Engagement ceremony courtest his Chacha 🤔
Coming to that Chacha and that henchman , I wonder what exactly is his plan .. I know he asked the henchman to kill Ranaji but is this really his plan or there is something else like mayb he just wants to do a mock attack on Ranaji and give some scare to mother-son 🤔 .. And is Rajmata aware of the attack .. I mean did she overhear Chacha's convo with that hencemen but pretended as if she knows nothing or was Chacha smart enough to hide the henchman on time ... I guess suspense will b revealed in Monday episode only when finally that guy shoots 🤔
In all this the good thing is Gayatri might get that opportunity to save Ranaji's life and prove to all that she is lucky for him and might b his saviour in future 😃
Now coming to the main engagement ceremony , it was interesting how slowly Ranaji will discover that the girl is none other than the one whom he first met in library , then saved her from drowning and later met in temple to give away the bangle ... But the sad part is instead of feeling happy about it , he will further start hating her with a vengence remembering about the lie she told him about her identity .. Now he might even assume that taking that bangle from him was also part of her plan and so she deliberately spills that sindoor on him so that he gives her the bangle and then she can wear it on their engagement
As it is he has started to despise the name Gayatri just because the name belongs to that girl whom he is getting engaged to , so god knows what will he do when finally on Monday he will see her face and also recollect how that bangle went to her .. No wonder in that promo he hurts her hand as she dared to wear the bangle and he thinks it was all her plan to snatch that bangle from him by tricking her in temple ...
Actually this thought had hit me in yesterday's episode too when he refuses to see her picture and assumes the worst about her and even today he concludes hating that name Gayatri just because its her name ... What I feel is this is Ranaji's defense mechanism to make himself believe that he is still loyal to his first wife 🤔 ..He has built a wall around his heart with a no entry board for girls .. Now he fears what if he ends up liking this girl's face and the wall breaks 😉 ,then it will mean he is betraying Sulakshana's promise, so he refuses to see her photo yesterday .. .
Its like how we fans try to project a character negative even if she/he is not just because the character is coming between our fav jodi 😆, same is the case with Ranaji too as he feels this girl Gayatri is coming between him and his first wife's memories and so he wants to assume the worst about her without even bothering to clarify about it .. I guess he fears that if he tries to understand her POV by asking her about why she is doing this marriage, then he might start taking a liking for her based on what she replies which will mean betraying his first wife ,so he is trying his best to avoid the girl and just assume the worst about her as he thinks this will help him remain loyal to his first wife ... And now Gayatri's lie about her identity along with the bangle fiasco will further give him the reason to hate her and believe that she is marrying him only for that Queen's status ...
Felt bad for Gayatri , she was so happy and excited for the engagement ... Was eagerly waiting for Ranaji to put the ring on her finger 😭 ; Now on Monday when he will deliberately hurt her hand , it will come as a first shock for her as she will taste the first bitter pill of reality .. She might realise Ranaji is not exactly how she imagined in her dreams 😭 ...
And Rajmata dint get any other ring kya 😡 .. Why that same ring only which was given to Sulakshana on their engagement .. I guess its their Khandaani ring but still why give that ring knowing well how Ranaji might react to it 😒 .. Rajmata should hv gone for another ring knowing Ranaji's sentiments attached to it .. At least as a mother she can do this much na when Ranaji is already compromising as per her wish .. So even she can compromise a bit on their khandaani ring parampara or whatever ...
Ranaji's flashback bed scene with Sulakshana was errr quite bold 😆 ... At least my hopes hv rised for similar RaGa scenes now in future ☺️😆 .. CVs better not disappoint me on that front hmphh 😡
Now it remains to b seen if Gayatri is able to save Ranaji's life on Monday and whether that good for nothing henchman finally is able to hit the target or not 😆😆
Overall today's episode was a good build-up for Monday dhamaka 😃 .. Looking forward to the Engagement drama .. Bring it on 😎
