Although it is very hard to choose from your write up but if I had to, this would be my favorite, hands down depending in the number of times I have read it.
There was not a single dialogue, screenplay or emotion which was not portrayed well. I loved the attraction between them, the flow of conversation which moved seamlessly! Do I need to say more Mina?
