Yes thats what Gayatri wants from her family .. "Respect" 👍🏼 ... When her brother tells her that they gave her all the luxuries and so now she owes it to them , all Gayatri tells them is she never wanted all this , she just wanted respect from them .. Respect to make her own choice for her lifepartner .. Respect to live with freedom and dignity 👏👏 ... Today even her father gave up in the end but Gayatri still stood firm with her stand 👍🏼 ..I was sure that mayb Gayatri will finally give up today under pressure but woww she dint give up till the very end even after her mother's bhookh hartal drama 😲👏👏 .. Gayatri is setting up a perfect example of what women empowerment is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Loved the way She told everyone that being an educated girl , she will not let her education go in waste but will rather take up some job and stand on her own feet so that her mother's worry regarding her future does not remain anymore once she is financially independent 👍🏼... But as usual her mother's prejudiced belief against women ruins it all as she believes women r born to get married and stay inside closed doors of their husband's house 🤢...Her mother failed to see that mayb if she becomes financially independent and a businesswoman , then they might actually get a good and suitable educated groom for Gayatri ..
Gayatri's mother is just seeing one side of the coin where her brothers r blaming and humiliating her for being a burden on them and so she worries that where will Gayatri go once her parents die .. But not once she is trying to see other side of the coin where even if Gayatri marries that old guy , whats the guarantee that he wont die after few yrs ,resulting in Gayatri living as widow for rest of her life , so how will that secure her future ?? ...Living as a widow or living as an unmarried girl , both were considered miserable during those times but a widow's life was even more painful than an unmarried girl's life ... Wish Gayatri's father had taken up this point with Damyanti and tried explaining her that whether she remains unmarried or whether she marries a old guy and becomes a widow later , it will b one and the same only .. Either way it wont secure her future ...But I guess her father was emotionally drained out after witnessing all the blame game on poor Gayatri , and so finally accepts defeat ...
Gayatri being a head strong girl , refuses to give up or compromise with her life , so when she sees all doors of her own family r closed , she decides to go for the last available option and thats Ranaji 😳...Again deciding to write a letter to Ranaji confessing about her feelings to him is a real bold step taken by a girl belonging to that era but it definitely needs courage ...We may call her delusional here but again its not really a crime to pour her heart out to someone ...She is not expecting anything in return from Ranaji ..She is also not expecting Ranaji to accept her love or save her but she is simply hanging onto that one hope that if Ranaji too carries any such feelings for him then mayb just mayb he will save her today ...And where there is a hope , there is always a way 😃...
I loved what Gayatri wrote in that letter ..She wrote "I dunno if u will be mine or not but I know that mayb there is a little hope that u can become mine if u read this letter and try to understand my feelings for u.. I want to be with u for the rest of my life but its your choice if u choose me or not " 😳 ... I think this confession from a girl is as clear as it can b .. She simply said what was in her heart and that too in most direct way 👍🏼... It looked as if she just wrote everything that she felt in her dreams so far .. Again in real world we might call it stupidity but Gayatri has nothing to loose .. She knows either her life will b forever ruined by getting married to that old guy or her dreams will forever turn into reality by getting married to Ranaji ..There is actually no other third option for her .. So she just played a gamble here with that letter and now will wait to see if it pays off or not ...
I will say it was quite a smart and practical move from Gayatri when she decides to write that letter to Ranaji confessing her love ... Even if that letter reaches Ranaji , he would hv made sure Gayatri's life is not ruined with that old guy whether he himself married her or not and if that letter reaches to Rajmata which it will , then as per new promo , we know what will Rajmata do in the last minute 😉😃... For once I m glad we hv a female lead who knows how to fight back rather than just sit , cry and accept all the torture coming her way as her destiny..Gayatri will never do that come what may 👏👏...
And I m happy she choose the right messenger to deliver her letter .. that is Kakaji 😃

They can wait for sometime and might get a good rishta if Gayatri had started working with her father..U never know ..
